Welcome to Desert Bloom Cleaning Service ("Desert Bloom," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Desert Bloom provides premium, high-end cleaning services for residential homes, professional offices, and vacation rental properties. We offer one-time bookings as well as recurring cleaning schedules (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
2. Booking and Appointments
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process, including property details and access information.
- Confirmation: An appointment is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or notification from our system.
- Special Instructions: Any specific cleaning instructions or areas of concern must be provided at the time of booking to ensure our team is properly equipped.
3. Property Access
- Access Requirement: It is your responsibility to ensure that Desert Bloom staff can access the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing valid gate codes, lockbox combinations, or entry codes.
- Failed Access: If our team arrives and is unable to access the property due to incorrect codes or lack of access, we reserve the right to charge a lock-out fee or the full service amount.
- Security Systems: Please ensure that any alarm systems are disarmed or that our team is provided with the necessary codes to disarm them.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Billing: You agree to pay the fees quoted at the time of booking. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the total amount due for each completed service.
- Recurring Services: For recurring schedules, your payment method will be charged automatically after each service session.
- Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge late fees or suspend services for balances that remain unpaid for more than 7 days.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To provide the best service to all our clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Liability and Damage
- Reporting Issues: Any damage or unsatisfactory service must be reported to our office within 24 hours of completion of the service.
- Limitation of Liability: While we take extreme care, our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service session associated with the claim.
- Valuables: We recommend that highly valuable items, collectibles, or irreplaceable items be secured or kept in areas where cleaning is not required.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
